1. We are here when things go wrong!
   A cheaper price doesn't always mean a better deal! - With some companies when things go wrong and you need help, you could spend hours of your time on the phone trying to get through or being passed from one person to another with false assurances that your problem will be dealt with; and then, nothing happens. With hindsight you realise it wasn't such a great deal after all, even though it was a cheaper price - The old adage proves true - "You only get what you pay for!"
   
   
2. Reasonable Pricing: We believe in charging customers a fair price AND the price shown is the price you pay. No hidden charges or VAT exclusive prices are ever shown, to make products appear cheaper.
   
   
3. Quality Products: There is absolutely no point in us selling inferior products just because they are cheaper! - We guarantee all the products we sell and have a "money back scheme" covering all the products we sell; (your rights are not affected).
   
   
4. We are an established company: Since we were established in 1991 we have built up a distinguished reputation for quality and reliable service. As a result we have been approved by Trading Standards under the "Buy with Confidence" scheme.
   
   
5. UK supplied products: is all we sell, not "grey" imports from the USA and elsewhere around the world. So you can be assured of full Uk warranty in the event that you have a fault.
   
   
6. We have stock! - We always aim to keep large stocks of these items, so that we can offer same day despatch; with most items delivered the very next day.
   
   
7. We know the product: We only sell products we can support. We don't sell a massive range of products; we just sell products that we know well, can give advice on and know give value for money so that our customers will come back time and time again.
   
   
8. Free Technical Support: It's just one telephone number to call us and you'll speak to a human being! We don't use an automated phone system and we won't make you call a different or premium rate number for help, support and advice.
   
   
9. No-Quibble Returns: If a product is faulty, then we'll refund or replace it quickly. We even offer the services of our FREEPOST address so you don't have to pay the return postage. We always aim to look after every one of our customers, because in running our business we are also a customer of someone else, and we know how we would want to be treated.
