• I don't have an email address; can you send me the offers by post?
  Due to the costs involved of sending a mailshot by post and the small profits we make on the items we sell, it is not practical to post our special offer newsletter. If you do not have an email address, then it might be an idea to ask a friend or family member to subscribe for you and then print out a copy of the offers.

 
• How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
  It is not our intention to send you information that you do not wish to receive, as it serves no purpose at all. To this end, we provide two simple methods of unsubscribing. You may click on the link at the end of all email newsletters, or choose the 'newsletter' option on our website and choose to 'unsubscribe'. Unsubscribing is immediate. You will still receive order confirmation emails from us when you place an internet order if you provide an email address, but you will not receive our monthly newsletter.

 
• I've changed my email address, how do I notify you?
  If you have changed your email address, then simply subscribe your new address and unsubscribe your old one. Choose the 'Newsletter' option on our website and the changes will be immediate.

 
• When do you send your email mailshots?
  These are sent every 3/4 weeks. They contain information of our latest offers, new products and details of each months 'Free Prize Draw'. You may un-subscribe at any time by clicking the link on each email or visiting our website and clicking on 'newsletter'.
  
  We NEVER give, rent or sell any of your details to any other company.
