When will I receive my Order?

We aim to despatch all items the day we receive your order. All orders placed before 4pm should be shipped the same day by first class post unless you have selected another delivery option.

If your order is urgent then we can offer guaranteed next day delivery for a small charge.

Our post is collected at 4:45pm so it is best to place your order before 4:00pm to ensure same day despatch.

Our courier company City Link collect at approx 4:00pm so placing your order earlier guarantees that your parcel is collected the same day.

Very urgent orders placed after the "cut off" time maybe possible but will incur an extra charge on top of the delivery charge as we would need to make special arrangements.

Saturday Collections & Deliveries
City Link do not make collections on Saturday, so orders placed for City Link Delivery will not be shipped from us until Monday. Saturday Morning delivery is however available from us via City Link for orders placed up until Friday afternoon.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is however available on collections from us on Saturday for delivery on Monday. We do however, recommend telephoning if you require this service.
