The S3R features a sophisticated 3.2 megapixel CCD for printing flexibility. Not only can you get 11" x 14" prints and larger, a 3.2 megapixel image can also be cropped tightly and still produce large prints.

High-Quality 3x Optical/11x Total Zoom

A bright, brilliant Kyocera f/2.8 3x zoom lens lets you get right up close to capture exactly the photo you’re looking for. And for added flexibility, a 3.7x digital zoom combines to give you the power of an 11x total zoom.

Stainless Steel Construction

Strong. Good-looking. The S3R features a finely finished stainless steel body. And the controls are ergonomically placed for easy access to every function and control.

6 Scene Modes

At the press of a button, you can make the sophisticated adjustments a pro would make. Six scene modes, including night portrait, landscape and more make it easy to take the best pictures automatically.

1.6" DayFine™ LCD

Our exclusive DayFine™ display/viewfinder makes it easy to shoot and review your images in even the brightest sunlight. The Dual Backlight design incorporates a newly developed special optical film to make the LCD even brighter.

SD/MMC Memory Card

The S3R allows you to use both SD (Secure Digital) cards and also MMC (MultiMediaCard) memory. Both formats are compact, reliable and in wide use among a range of electronic devices, making it easy to transfer images to compatible PDAs, Kyocera Smart Phones and more.

Multi-Mode Flash

A convenient, automatically deployed built-in flash features four modes, including auto, auto with red-eye reduction, fill-in and flash off, that let your pictures shine in just the right light.

Easy Downloading

The included USB cable makes it easy to download images directly from the camera to nearly any computer with a USB port. And when used with Windows Me/2000 or newer, you don’t need a driver.

Image Resizing Mode

A built-in Image Resizing Mode (IRM) creates a duplicate of an image, but in a smaller file size that’s easy to e-mail to family and friends.
