How can someone be sure that the company they are dealing with is fair and honest, and complies not only with the letter of the law, but more importantly with its spirit?

Almost everyone knows that your Local Trading Standards office is the place to go when things go wrong; their responsibilities are to ensure that the consumer is dealt with in a fair, honest and legal manner.

The Buy With Confidence scheme is intended to raise standards of fair trading by approving local businesses, and recommending them to consumers. We have been assessed since 2002, shortly after the scheme started, and were approved under the scheme.

Note: As at 1st November 2008 (when this page was last updated) there were NO unresolved consumer complaints to Trading Standards since System Insight gained membership.

Which Webtrader Scheme - Update
Many customers will be aware that we used to display the Which Webtrader logo; this scheme was closed by Which in January 2003. Details of our membership are shown below, reproduced from an email from Which Webtrader.

A Total of *ONE* valid complaint, (which was resolved the same day), in almost three years of membership.

x1 point of contact (complaint)  - Faulty Goods - 15 days to resolve - Trader advises returned goods weren't purchased from their site. - Trader has sent letter to Customer confirming this.

x1 point of contact (complaint)  - Refund - Resolved same day.
