See your favourite animals at Marwell ZooMarwell Zoo
Colden Common, Hampshire
http://www.marwell.org.uk

Come and see some of the most beautiful and interesting animals in the world. Marwell has 200 different species from tropical frogs to big cats, from little lovebirds to the awesome ostrich. Marwell is a delightful setting for our precious rare animals and it’s a great day out for everyone.

There are many favourites including meerkats, penguins, zebra, rhino, tigers and hippo. Seeing them close-up can be a breathtaking experience. The zoo is set in 100 acres of landscaped Hampshire woodland and can be enjoyed in any season of the year.

Marwell is well worth a visit at any time of the year and there's lots to see and do for all ages!

We decided to buy the 730Gala model to provide us with the ability to produce quality prints on the spot at some of our events. Visitors can now go away with photos in their hands and the profits help boost the charities income.

Hi-Touch HiTi 730Gala Dye Sublimation Photo PrinterThe 730Gala's Templating facility allows us to ensure that every print we produce has the Marwell Logo printed on it (although we can turn this off if we wish). We can store multiple logos or templates on a memory card and select which one we want for which event.

We were very impressed with the quality of the output from this inexpensive printer and are still amazed everytime we see it print!

We are also suprised how easy the printer is to use, any member of staff can now use it with only a few minutes training.

Also, many thanks to System Insight who installed and trained us on using the printer and we're sure it won't be long before we get our next one!

Over 200 different animals to photograph

No wonder photographers like Marwell Zoological Park! This easily accessible zoo has over 200 different species of animals – many rare and endangered – and provides good access so that everyone can get excellent pictures of the animals.

Recent new enclosures such as "Roof of the World", which houses snow leopards, have glass viewing windows and unobtrusive mesh or fencing, which makes life easier for the photographer.

Big cats are high on the agenda and Marwell has the biggest tiger species – the Amur tiger (formerly known as Siberian); and one of the rarest leopards – the Amur leopard. The zoo has one of the best collections of hoofed animals in the UK – including rare antelope and zebra. As well as hippo, rhino and cheetah, you’ll also find popular favourites like the giraffe, meerkats and penguins.

The zoo is open all year round, only closing on Christmas Day and is well worth a visit.

We are open every day except Christmas Day
