• When can I expect my Order?
  All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm) Saturday (9.00am-1pm). Orders received before 4:00pm (M-F) and 11:00am (Sat) will be sent out by first class post that day (subject to stock availability and excluding Bank Holidays). Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and should be with you the next working day (this is not guaranteed, UK only). Guaranteed next day delivery before 12:00 noon is available at a cost of £4.95 per order (regardless of order size). We strongly recommend that all urgent orders are placed by telephone to ensure stock availability and avoid disappointment.
