• Can I change between the Mono and the Colour Ribbon?
  Yes, however ensure you keep the ribbon that you are not using in a dust proof environment.

 
• Can I print Images larger than 6x4?
  Yes, Hi-Touch have just launched the 730PS which also prints 5x7, and 6x8

 
• Is the 6x4 paper the same for the 730 series as the 600 models?
  No, due to the way that the paper is handled in the 730 printers, the paper is slightly different from that used in the 600 series models.

 
• Will all Hi-Touch Photo Printers print in monochrome?
  If your image is monochrome, then it will print in monochrome, using a colour ribbon, however for best results we recommend using the KO Monochrome Kit (selected models only). The Monochrome kit will also be a cheaper alternative to using the colour consumables.

 
• Which Hi-Touch Printers can use the Monochrome (KO) Kit?
  The Hi-Touch Photoshuttle, & 640PS printers can use the monochrome (KO) Ribbon Cartridge and Photo Paper. These are the only models that this kit is designed for. Monochrome images can still be printed on other models using the colour ribbon, but the quality will not be as good as the Monochome (KO) kit in the correct printer.

 
• Can I access the card reader from the Photo Desiree Software?
  Yes, any images on the memory card can be access from the Photo Desiree Software. You cannot however copy files from your PC onto the card (unless you have a seperate card reader/writer installed on your PC).
