  • How secure is your shop?
    We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site unlike secure servers!

  • How do I apply an Offer to my order.
    Visit the special offers section of the shop and add the appropriate offers to your shopping basket, you may have to purchase additional items to qualify for the offer. Ensure you add the correct offer(s) to your order as they cannot be applied retrospectively. The offers section will detail all the special offers.

  • Do you accept orders from overseas?
    Yes, however, orders shipped overseas attract a small carriage charge of £4.95 for Mainland Europe and at cost for other overseas countries. Due to the high amount of Fraud from overseas we may require further information from you.

  • Do you offer Quantity Pricing on your products?
    Yes, Click on the 'more info' text after the product description for full details of quantity pricing. All our prices include VAT, postage and packing.

  • My Gold Card Discount hasn't been applied to my Order.
    Gold Card discounts are not applied in our on-line shop, they are however applied when your order is processed at our offices.

  • What is the Buy with Confidence Scheme?
    'The `Buy with Confidence' scheme run by Trading Standards' is intended to raise standards of fair trading by approving local businesses and recommending them to consumers.' We are proud to be associated with Trading Standards who have examined our business and our dealings with customers in detail and have awarded us acceptance into this prestigious scheme.

  • Why doesn't your on-line shop remember my details?
    The on-line shop will remember your details if the 'Remember Me' option is selected when you place your order. Your name and address details will be saved, however your credit card details will not.
    These settings are saved on your PC using a 'cookie', if you use another PC to place your order then your address details are not available for the computer to look up and will not be remembered unless you place an order and select the 'Remember Me' option. Clearing your cookies will disable this option until you order again. Also check that Cookies are enabled within your browser.
    If you have firewall or anti-virus software installed, these may also prevent cookies being saved to your system.
