We believe in being up front and honest with our pricing and our dealings with customers; that's why unlike many others we are approved by trading standards!

Make sure that you buy from a reputable company like us. It is possible that an on-line only shop, may in fact not really exist, but just be a ruse to get your credit card details! If a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is!

Please check the following items for your peace of mind.

1. Is the company supplying the cheaper price genuine? And, does it comply with current legislation? - We will not price pledge with so called Internet only companies; i.e. those without an address or phone number! If you wish to buy from one of these companies that only provides an email address, then good luck!
2. If buying over the Internet, is their site secure? And more importantly, do they have a Thawte certificate or similar? - We do!
3. Is the company approved by any bona-fide e-commerce schemes like Trading Standards' "Buy with Confidence"? - We are!
4. Do they operate an Anti-Fraud Guarantee? - We do!
5. Do their prices include VAT? - If the company is based in the Channel Islands, you may find that VAT is not included and will be requested upon delivery! - We do include VAT in *all* our prices, which in turn is paid to H.M.Customs & Excise.
6. Is the product the same? And not an inferior or smaller capacity version of the same item!
7. Do they operate a full no-quibble money back guarantee (in addition to your statutory rights)? - We do!

9. Do they comply with the new distance selling agreement legislation? - We do!
10. Are the goods in Stock?
11. Do they despatch the very same day by First Class post, or do they quote 4-7 days delivery?
12. Do they guarantee to repair or replace your printer if it is damaged by the products they sell? - We do!
13. Does the company operate from the Mainland UK? - If not you may be subject to other import duties & taxes and have different legal rights.
