HiTi Digital Camera Memory Adapters Print directly from your digital camera memory

What camera memory does your printer support?
The HiTi range of Dye Sublimation printers includes models that can print directly from your digital camera memory.

The following is a list of the printers and the type of camera memory they support.

If your HiTi Photo Printer does not support the memory directly, then an adapter maybe available.

Identify the digital memory that your camera uses from your camera manual.

There are three different adapters for the HiTi Photo Printers:

4 in 1 adapter - plugs into the CompactFlash (Upper) socket and supports Secure Digital, MultiMedia, MemoryStick, MemoryStick Pro. This adapter is only required for the 630PS & Transphotable (although the Transphotable comes with a free adapter). The 631PS printer supports these memory cards without need for this adapter)

Smartmedia / xD adapter - plugs into the Smartmedia (lower) Socket and allows an xD card to be used in the printer. This adapter does not support xD memory cards larger than 128mb


CompactFlash / xD adapter - plugs into the Compactflash (upper) Socket and allows an xD card to be used in the printer. This adapter supports xD cards upto 512Mb and is made by Olympus. This adapter can also be used in Digital Cameras that take Compactflash Cards.

Regardless of the type of HiTi Photo Printer you use, you may purchase a separate card reader and download files onto your PC, where they can be printed from using the Photo Desiree Software. It may also be possible to download the images direct from your digital camera - check your camera manual for details.

630PL, 730PL & Photoshuttle
These printers are used by connecting direct to a PC and do NOT support printing directly from digital camera memory.

630PS, Transphotable
Supports: CompactFlash, Smartmedia. With optional 4 in 1 Adapter it also supports Secure Digital, MultiMedia, MemoryStick, MemoryStick Pro. xD memory can also be used with an additional adapter.

631PS, 640PS, 641PS, 640Gala
Supports: CompactFlash, Smartmedia, Secure Digital, MultiMedia, MemoryStick, MemoryStick Pro, IBM Microdrive. xD memory can also be used with an additional adapter.

730PS, 730Gala
Supports: CompactFlash, Smartmedia, Secure Digital, MultiMedia, MemoryStick, MemoryStick Pro. xD memory can also be used with an additional adapter.
