EPSW (Event Photography Southwest) was set up during 2005 to cover mainly, but not exclusively, equestrian events in and around the Dorset, Devon & Somerset areas.

Chief photographer Nick Jay has had years of experience in supplying images to the national press and magazines; having been published over 50 times. Over the last five years he has been specialising in photographing point to point and other equestrian events.

Nick's main claim to fame is that he is the only person ever to have photographed Princess Anne windsurfing !

Using the Ultra reliable HiTi 730ps we can output our stock sized 7” x 5” images all day long. The Hi-Ti 730PS has paid for itself 10 times over in the last 3 months - a definite worthwhile investment! We require the highest quality images for our customers and the Hi-Ti 730PS provides this every time.

We decided to make the break into event photography as the digital technology equipment is mature and robust enough to supply high resolution images quickly and efficiently on site. Normally using three photographers, with up to six at our disposal, we can cover small pony shows to county sized events, each of the photographers are experienced in equestrian disciplines.

Our setup consists of a network of laptops, which have the pictures available to view from the cameras normally within 5-10 minutes of the end of the class. Customers come and view the images with our expert guidance to locate their images, order them and are usually amazed when the HiTi starts up and they get their prints within a few minutes.

Due to the sheer number of images we take (typically 2000 per event), we will populate our website with all of the events taken in the year by mid November. This means your special memory or gift can be ordered in time for Christmas.
