In the unlikely event of your printer needing repair, we are able (subject to availability), to offer you one of our demonstration printers on a loan basis whilst yours is being repaired. This ensures that you do not lose any revenue whilst your printer is being repaired.
This service is offered to customers who purchase from us, and while the loan is free of charge, all we ask is that you pay for the minimal carriage charges that we incur. If you purchased your printer elsewhere, but you still require a loan printer, then we may be able to hire you a printer - contact us for details.
