New Kodak 805 Printer
Kodak have introduced the 805 printer primarily as a addition to their mini lab kiosk system. They state that it is NOT a replacement for the Kodak 1400 only recommend it's use as a portrait printer not an event printer.

We strongly recommend that it is not used as an event printer as this is not the use that it is designed for (unlike the Kodak 1400).

The duty cycle for this printer is only a few prints a day, so it is only designed for very low useage.

We would recommend the Mitsubishi CP3020, Mitsubishi CP3800 or Fuji ASK4000 to event photographers who are looking for a replacements for the discontinued 1400 model.

A Windows XP driver will be supplied, but no support for Apple Mac is planned.

Print Media
Print sizes of 10x8 and 12x8 are available from A4 and 8.5" x 14" media respectivly but unlike the Kodak 1400 no Matt option is available. will be made available, but no Matt option will be produced (unlike the 1400). Customers wishing to use Matt media should look at the Mitsubishi CP3020DAE
