What is the Pro System Package?
While the majority of customers when buying a technical product want to be able to call on professional support to help them setup and use it, there are a few that just want the cheapest price.
At System Insight we cater for all our customers needs and now offer a Support Pack (including many additional features) on all our Dye Sublimation Photo Printers and Systems.
I'm glad I purchased the Pro Support when I purchased my Mitsubishi Click System. I had a problem with my printer that took mitsubishi SIX weeks to resolve and System Insight lent me a replacement printer all the time mine was being repaired. They even arranged it so that I could collect it on a Saturday Morning as I had an urgent job. I must have saved over £700 in rental costs by having my free loan printer and it has allowed me to keep earning money from my equipment. Well worth the small investment.

We offer you a loan printer in the event that yours fails (subject to carriage charge and availability), a Support Pack with the latest drivers and instructional videos plus all of the benefits listed below. (While under manufacturers warranty)

Purchased elsewhere and can't get support?
We occasionally find that people are lured by cheaper prices and then discover that low prices and good support don't go together. It's simple...How can a supplier make a few pounds on a product and then pay an experienced technical person to provide support?
All is not lost, we often find that people come to us to resolve problems that their current supplier can't or won't help them with. As speciliasts we know a great deal about this equipment and back this up with the support we are able to give.
