Download and Installation Information
Download the software to your computer. Double click on the file to de-compress the software. The file will self extract onto your desktop. See the Readme file for additional install instructions.
IMPORTANT - Please Read before Downloading these Drivers
Firmware version 070C13 or greater is required.
Printer serial numbers less than 0004300 require the firmware to be updated.
Downoad the Macintosh Firmware Updater from the 8500 Firmware page.
